Maja likes
to teach and practice all styles of yoga. She sees yoga like the most
intimate conversation with yourself, and a way of deep listening to
your inner world. For her teaching is about sharing the healing power
of practice and bringing awareness to the tools that we already
possess, but sometimes we forget. She hopes to keep reminding her
students and herself not to take anything to serious.
She discovered yoga in search for movement practice. As a passionate rock
climber she felt a strong pull to find more ways to express herself, and this
curiosity led her to a vinyasa class and since then the seed of yoga
love was planted. She
finishes the 200hrs in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga at the Spirit Sadhana School
of Yoga and the 300hrs in
Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga at the Rūh Yoga school in Goa,
India.
