Lars discovered yoga 7 years ago, since then he has completed 3 teacher trainings, one traditional Hatha style training in the motherland of yoga, India. A modern vinyasa style training on the island of the gods, Bali. And an AcroYoga training in Bangkok.
Lars teaches Yoga as a passion for movement, but offers also meditation and pranayama classes. For Lars movement is the easiest way to get to know yourself and if you really know yourself you know everyone and everything. His classes embrace fluidity and leave a lot of room for individual freedom and creativity. For Lars there is no right or wrong movement, there is just movement.
At the moment Lars is most inspired by the FluidUS method. This approach explores the natural pathways of our body and is based on the understanding of the facial system. The intention is to move the body with ease, making everything as effortless and fluid as possible. Awakening these kinetic rivers in our bodies alters habitual movement patterns, improves posture and assists greatly in injury prevention.
