In her classes, she hopes to challenge yoga practitioners of all levels. Expect to work on your strength and endurance, all while keeping an open and playful mindset. Explore moving with ease and having fun (!) even when the poses are challenging. The classes are accompanied by various styles of music, supporting your practice. In the past, she has completed various yoga teacher trainings: 200YTT in Zurich (vinyasa), 300YTT in San Diego (ashtanga), 100+YTT in London (rocket) and various other programs in New York and California.
