In this Hatha Yoga Immersion, you will deep dive into your practice, letting pranayama and create space. Some silent meditation roots you daily into light and ease.
Each day there will be alignment keys, assists and space for exchange of experience, questions and answers to discover the essence of your practice more and more. We will be looking at individual body geometry, individual practice challenges and helpful hands-on assists.
You will explore yourself mainly- discovering layer by layer of your most amazing self.
